1. By the end of the 2024-2025 school year, increase the CCRPI Content Mastery Score in Reading, Math, Science, and Social Studies by 5%.
2. By the end of the 2024-2025 school year, increase the percentage of ESOL students and students with disabilities meeting the annual improvement target by 6% in Math, ELA, Social Studies, and Science.
3. By the end of the 2024-2025 school year, increase the CCRPI Star Climate rating from 3 to 4 stars.
· Vision and Mission Developed
· Vision-Develop 21st Century champions by providing rigorous academic opportunities and optimal social growth allowing scholars to excel and reach their highest potential.
· Mission-To prepare our scholars in a safe environment that celebrates diversity and inclusion while promoting academic excellence through school improvement initiatives.
· PROWL Time-iReady Instructional Feedback-results of student survey taken by 108 out of 712 students:
· Students report approximately 58% of teachers are, or somewhat are, monitoring their progress by viewing minutes and walking around to check in with students.
· Students report approximately 35% of teachers are displaying the class's minutes on the board.
· Students report approximately 9% of teachers are providing feedback.
· Students report approximately 4% of teachers are meeting in small groups to provide support.
· Instructional Feedback from Teachers-Survey completed by teachers
· ELA-Teachers indicate the highest amount of support is needed in pacing, ELA content, and student engagement.
o New standards and a new textbook/online curriculum were launched recently.
o Approximately 88% of teachers expressed frustration and need more support using the new HMH textbook/online resources.
· Math-Teachers indicate the highest amount of support is needed in the areas of student engagement activities, differentiation, pacing, and instructional planning.
o Approximately 67% of teachers feel proficient and can assist others with the new math standards.
· Science- Teachers indicate the highest amount of support is needed in the areas of differentiation and student engagement activities.
· Social Studies- Teachers indicate the highest amount of support is needed in the areas of differentiation and student engagement activities.

o January 25th-WCMS Tailgate Event-Parents are looking forward to this event.
o Ms. Johnson suggested having motivational speakers come in to speak with students about conflict resolution and strengthening social/emotional skills.
