Areas of Opportunity-Solution Tree
Instructional planning
Student engagement
Gradual release
Dr. Jones discussed her leader moves that will support closing
these gaps. She facilitated a Lesson Planning PD that focused on
effectively maneuvering through the areas of the instructional
framework, increasing opportunities for student engagement. She
also used Title I funding to support professional services from
Solution Tree entitled PLCs at Work. The PD is two parts. The
first session was interactive. The second session is occurring this
morning. Teachers will plan as usual while being observed by
members of Solution Tree. The coach will provide the school with
feedback to the school.
CT3 Realtime Teacher Coaching
We have funding to support an Academic Coach at this time. The
priority is to support the first-year coach. Next school year, the
Math coach will also receive this training support
