Objective 1: WCMS Tailgate Postponed The proposed dates for the tailgate are 22 March and 12 April The team agreed that the April date may be the most feasible option due to additional planning needed. Ms. Johnson discussed adding the car show to the event to attract additional Wildcat/Community members. |

Objective 2: Instructional Happenings in the Den Ready- Dr. Jones discussed daily PROWL time instructional expectations. The admin team has increased instructional rounds to five days a week. We had a visit from iReady. This included conducting instructional rounds, debriefing, and analyzing typical/stretch growth data. We are enforcing the use of reading scaffolding supports and prerequisite math supports for struggling learners. HMH- Dr. Jones discussed the HMH visit which consisted of instructional rounds, debriefing/next steps, and collaborative planning with teams. Glows: All teachers using HMH curriculum and resources. To support the District Literacy Initiative: We solicited Solution Tree to conduct a PD: Writing Across the Curriculum-Solution Tree. Our next steps included implementing strategies in plans/instruction and creating content area literacy plans. EOY iReady 9-10 Mar 2025 |

Objective 3: Data Happenings in the Den Data-Workbook-Grades-3-8_24-25-updated-2.11.25.xlsx provided to attendees. Dr. Jones and SC conducted data conversations on student GMAS data by content and subgroups. Ms. Johnson is concerned with the quality of instruction. Parents are concerned with communication efforts, which impact their ability to support students at home. We discussed having one area that is consistent for communication efforts. This will allow parents to know homework and classwork expectations. Ms. Johnson is asking for parents to get a walkthrough tutorial on navigating the various LMS. Mrs. Nesbitt will support this initiative |

Objective 4: Wildcat Wellness Wildcat Staff of the Month-MVP (Mikayla Civetta-Feb) Paw Print Wall Plaque and Parking Space. PTA also wants to be a part of this initiative. Ms. Johnson discussed getting certificates from Texas Roadhouse, and trophies to acknowledge members. GMAS Prep/Celebration-10 Days to GMAS Countdown Dr. Cobb suggested having CJ the DJ come for GMAS on 11 April, Family and Friends Tailgate on 12 April, and SOLS Blue Jacket Band on 17 April. Dr. Jones will get with Ms. Biseni to conduct a dressdown for the week of 14-18 April. Call outs will be conducting celebrating the countdown. |
